Can I view your facility prior to booking a reservation for my pets?
Yes please! We encourage highly a tour of our kennel so that you feel we are the best possible fit for your pet! Go directly to the booking page to book a viewing that works best for your schedule.

What type of space will my dog/cat be staying in?
Dogs-Your pup will vacation in a 40sq ft space with chain link extending up 10 ft.  The floors are industrial rubber, therefore softer on joints and antibacterial.  You may provide a dog bed, but softy squishy ones can also be provided.  Each indoor space has access to it's own individual additional 40sq ft space outside (assessable by a door flap) The outdoor space is covered to keep the hot sun off your pet, while still allowing fresh air.
Cats-Your kitty will vacation in a 40sq ft space that has built in scratching posts and high and low spots with ramps to allow your kitty to choose a variety of curl up locations.  The top of the top of the 10 ft chain link has additional chain link roof to keep kitties in place. 

How many pets from the same household can stay in the same kennel?
We encourage social comfort to set your pets up for success.  The kennel spaces can support up to 3 small dogs or 2 large dogs.

My Dog and Cat are bonded, can they stay in the same kennel space?
Yes! We do have some kennel spaces that have a supportive, safe and secure space for both of your babies to share a suite.   Please note that you would like your animals to share a space in the comments when you book so that we can reserve the best space for your critters.

Are there discounts for multiple pets?
Yes! Before booking please email info@woodbendfarms.com to let us know your specific needs so that we can customize your multiple pets stay.

My pet has special needs and medication requirements, can you support their needs?
Yes!  We are not vet technicians, but every effort will be made to administer medication orally or by injection via your instructions.  Pets with disabilities can be supported with gentle patience and their stay can be tailored to their needs.
 
What if there is an emergency with my pet while in your care?
Every attempt will be made (passionately) to contact you as soon as possible. We will then follow your instructions. If we are unable to reach you, your secondary contact will be contacted.  If we are unable to reach your primary and secondary contact (as noted on your intake form)  Intake Form In the unlikely event that we are unable to reach you or your contacts, we will proceed to make arrangements at your vet noted for care.  If your vet is unable to to assist, we will proceed to the Edmonton emergency vet clinic.  We are animal lovers first and business owners second.  Your pets comfort will be our first priority.
